7. Set up meeting times for everyone to discuss meeting locations, picture locations and dinner destinations so that everyone is on the same page.
8. Provide your Limousine company with a completed itinerary at least 1 week prior to your event. If your planning on changing times then notify your Limousine company IMMEDIATELY to assure that your limousine is available. Remember there can be a event booked prior to yours.
9. Once the itinerary has been approved you cannot make changes the day of due to scheduling and limousine companies policies. Make sure you have your remaining balance ready for the driver at the first location Cash or Money order's are accepted. * When your planning on Dinner in the city make sure that you go with a place that takes reservations. The Cheesecake Factory is a popular place that people like to go to but usually during prom season they take walk in's only and you can have anywhere from a 45 minute wait to 1 1/2 hour
