So you think that it's to early to think about a limousine? Well not quite, because there are thousands of school's in the Chicago-land and surrounding suburbs. Which there are hand full's of school's having prom's scheduled on Friday Night's, Saturday Night Night's an your Occasional Thursday Night's as well. The busiest prom time usually goes on from the second week of April to the second weekend of June. It's a 8 to almost at times 10 week's of consistent limousine booking for companies in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Things to know when your booking your Limo

1. Get your group of friends together that will be driving with you, assign a individual that will be the one communicating with the Limousine company and your party.
2. Collect at least 10.00 per person from your party so that you know they will be committed to stick with the reservation. Then throughout the weeks maybe set up a amount that by each Friday you  collect more so that come closer to the event your limo money will be collected and paid off.
3. Decide on how many people will be traveling and schedule to view your limousine. ExoticCoachChicago.com offer's Open House Once a month or on scheduled business hour's Monday-Thursday.
4. Ask about special offer's and promotions that the company will be providing. Once March hits the limousines are usually booked up with other Prom's, Graduation's, Wedding's and other event's so the earlier the better
5. Once you have viewed the limousine and are ready to place your deposit you must have either a adult or someone over the age of 18 to do the contract. We cannot book a limousine or except credit cards from minor's.
6. Get familiar with your package's ExoticCoachChicago.com offer's a few different selections
 - Pick up Drop off Service round trip - One pick up location - One Drop off location
- Diamond prom Package 6 hour's total 3 hours of drive time and up to 3 hour's of wait time
- Platinum Prom Package 8 hour's total 5 Hour's of Drive time and up to 3 hour's of wait time.
7. Set up meeting times for everyone to discuss meeting locations, picture locations and dinner destinations so that everyone is on the same page.
8. Provide your Limousine company with a completed itinerary at least 1 week prior to your event. If your planning on changing times then notify your Limousine company IMMEDIATELY to assure that your limousine is available. Remember there can be a event booked prior to yours.
9. Once the itinerary has been approved you cannot make changes the day of due to scheduling and limousine companies policies. Make sure you have your remaining balance ready for the driver at the first location Cash or Money order's are accepted. Exotic Coach Limousine does not take personal check's the day of your event or credit cards the day of your event.
10. Most important - Have fun - Be safe and enjoy the complimentary Soda and Water that we provide.

* Buckingham Fountain closes at 11pm - all lights are out at 10:45pm
* Navy Pier Closes at 10pm on Friday's and 10:30pm on Saturday's
* When your planning on Dinner in the city make sure that you go with a place that takes reservations. The Cheesecake Factory is a popular place that people like to go to but usually during prom season they take walk in's only and you can have anywhere from a 45 minute wait to 1 1/2 hour
